BusPlanner Web Parent Portal
Please note: BusPlanner Parent Portal is not connected to the PowerSchool Parent Portal, so a separate login and password is required.
To access BusPlanner Parent Portal, visit https://transportation.avrce.ca/ and click on "Parent Portal".
If this is your first time accessing BusPlanner Parent Portal, or if you haven't accessed it since June 2020 when the system was updated to a new interface, you will need the following information to set up your account and connect your child(ren) to your BusPlanner Parent Portal login information.
- Student ID (a 10-digit number beginning with 3, located on your child’s report card or in PowerSchool Parent Portal)
- Date of birth
- School attending. Over the summer, enter the school your child will attend in September.
- Street number as provided to the school. If you live at 123 Main Street, enter only the numbers 123 without spaces before or after the numbers. Do not include apartment or suite number, or any special characters.
After you enter this information on your first visit, your child(ren) will stay connected to your BusPlanner login and password as long as they are registered for school in AVRCE.

Please be sure to let us know if your address has changed, because busing is based on the civic address on file at your child's school. Contact your school office during the school year, or the AVRCE Transportation Division year-round.
