BusPlanner Web Parent Portal
The BusPlanner Parent Portal has been updated with a new interface and login process. When you access the BusPlanner Parent Portal for the first time starting June 2020, you will be asked create a login and password (even if you have used BusPlanner in the past). Then, follow the steps to link your child(ren) to your login. You will only need to complete these steps once--your child(ren) will stay connected to your login while they are registered in school and eligible for transportation.
Please note: BusPlanner Parent Portal is not connected to the PowerSchool Parent Portal, so a separate login and password is required.
To access BusPlanner Parent Portal, visit https://transportation.avrce.ca/ and click on "Parent Portal".
You will need the following information to connect your child(ren) to your BusPlanner Parent Portal login information:
- Student ID (a 10-digit number beginning with 3, located on your child’s report card or in PowerSchool Parent Portal)
- Date of birth
- School attending. Over the summer, enter the school your child will attend in September.
- Street number as provided to the school. If you live at 123 Main Street, enter only the numbers 123 without spaces before or after the numbers. Do not include apartment or suite number, or any special characters.
If you have questions about your child’s school bus information or need to make changes, you can contact the AVRCE Transportation Division at any time of the year by clicking on the "Contact Us Online" button below, emailing or calling 902-538-4641.
Please be sure to let us know if your address has changed, because busing is based on the civic address on file at your child's school. Contact your school office during the school year, or the AVRCE Transportation Division year-round.
